What we offer

Natal chart readings and a live tarot chat. These are provided for reflection and entertainment only and are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown per item and include VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Promotional codes, where offered, apply at checkout.

Digital content & right of withdrawal

Readings are digital content delivered immediately. By starting your reading or chat you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that delivered item, in line with EU consumer law. Items you have purchased but not yet used may be refundable — contact us.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes. AI responses may be imperfect; use your own judgement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Celestial Vibe is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
