By using Celestial Vibe you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Celestial Vibe is operated by VP Marketing (CVR 43733303), Dyrehavevej 4, 2. th, 2930 Klampenborg, Denmark.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Celestial Vibe. Do not create a Circle person profile for someone under 13. Pet profiles are not affected by this age rule.

What we offer

Astrology forecasts, natal chart readings, Tarot, and private Circle compatibility readings. These are provided for reflection and entertainment only and are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Pricing & payment

Web items are processed by Stripe. Renewable app memberships are processed by Apple or Google through your store account. Store prices, currencies, trial eligibility, renewal dates, cancellation, refunds, and billing are controlled by that store. A free trial converts to the selected paid period unless cancelled in store settings before it ends. Deleting Celestial Vibe data does not cancel a store subscription.

Digital content & right of withdrawal

Readings are digital content delivered immediately. By starting your reading or chat you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that delivered item, in line with EU consumer law. Items you have purchased but not yet used may be refundable. Contact us.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes. AI responses may be imperfect; use your own judgement.

Circle

Only add another person's birth details when you have a legitimate personal reason to do so. Do not use Circle to harass, profile, discriminate against, or make consequential decisions about someone. You control and can delete the people saved in your Circle.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Celestial Vibe is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
