Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Celestial Vibe account and the data linked to it at any time. You can do this yourself inside the app, or request it by email without the app.

Delete in the app

• Open Celestial Vibe and go to the Account tab.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm Delete account in the dialog.

Your account and Circle data are removed immediately and you are signed out on that device.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't use the app, email privacy@celestialvibe222.com from the email address associated with your account. We verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in link (the email used to restore purchases).
• Your Circle details: the names, relationships, birth dates, optional birth times, and cities you saved for other people.
• Your saved birth details and any product events tied to your account.

What we must keep

Order, payment, and VAT records are retained for about five years as required by Danish bookkeeping law. These are kept for legal compliance only and are not used to provide the service after deletion.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by the store and must be cancelled in your store account settings.
